Christine Hendry

Christine Hendry is a Southern California–based landscape photographer whose work explores the elemental beauty and emotional resonance of the natural world. Raised in Oregon and now living along the coast in San Diego, Hendry has spent much of her life immersed in outdoor environments, often with a camera in hand.

Drawn to open terrain and especially to water, Hendry approaches oceans, mountains, and lakes with a sensitivity to light, atmosphere, and scale. Her compositions hold stillness and elemental energy in balance, revealing the quiet rhythms of the natural world. Rather than simply documenting a place, Hendry seeks to evoke the freedom, harmony, and heightened awareness that come from being fully present within it.
